  1. The Ruskies must just like coast areas. How do you know if they are all Ruskies. ?
  2. I've been meaning to hang bamboo roller blinds from the window overhang at certain areas of my house as a bit more of a sun barrier.
  3. As i said if your happy all good. Another suggestion would be the rendered wall facing the south will get the most sun so make sure a proper workman like job is carried out with good quality sealants at the proper dried out stage and use white is what I've found the best. Knowing what I know now my outer face walls facing sun would of been brick to save on maintenance.
  4. Not in our province you can't, house first so you have an address for the 2 govt suppliers.
  5. The 'U' shape design is a good one for a hot climates. From my quick look and observations just trying to help, there are too many junctions, boundary wall details for flat roof construction with a internal water gulley system for liking but if OP is happy with it, up to him.
  6. You need permission to build a house on the land first, then water will be provided and electric after inspection.
  7. Your just get a laugh, I think OP knows only what architect tells him. ????
  8. The only knowledgeable thing i can say is your roof design will need a maintenance scheduling or in my experience it will be a future misery.
  9. The only way to find out is to go to your local DLT where you live and ask. 70 is not a problem even if you want to to take the drive and theory tests.
  10. Would prefer low pitched panel roofing over the construction of concrete flat roof areas which take water out over the edge. Nice design house a cool design in both meanings of the word, especially facing North.
  11. The important thing is that as long as the concrete roof is laid correctly that product is as good or better than others. If the architect specified it why question it. My question would be why a flat roof on a house.
  12. Never had a problem like that just sounds OCD in regards to cars/trucks/motorbikes these days.
  13. So you live in Thailand where the temperature goes down to -30%. I have no problem Cockpit using Mobil 15W-40 in a hot climate the diesel oil can be used with complete success. "in over-the-road diesel trucks, off-highway diesel equipment, farm tractors, and passenger cars and light trucks with diesel, turbo-charged diesel engines, or gasoline engines and is backward compatible with previous API Oil Categories".
  14. I telephoned IPC once to say no-one will witness the life form only have a Thai friend who's a Agency teacher, they said that will be OK just ask him to put his telephone contact number.
  15. Well try to forgive him he obviously hasn't met bar girls that want to marry him or want to be his mia noi. ????
  16. In the engine design there's also a cooling system to cope. The difference between 5w30 and 15w40 in Thailand is not that important. These oil threads have been done to death by the brainwashed listening and reading an oil companies brand salespersons BS.
  17. If she goes Oz embassy maybe get answers there. Does she know his kids will they arrange an allowance for her. My wife knows all my kids so when i peg it they will help and still come and see her.
  18. How often has this repeated line "Independent sovereign nation " been used, it is not taken much notice of these days when countries believe it belongs to them.
  19. Phuket and Brown envelope places like that are the problem. Sukhothai no problem at all many electric scooters here many capable of a lot more than 40 kph. Many electric vehicles of all types driving and riding around. Many get CTPL cover or more not sure.
  20. That's good saves posting a quote reply about what you think about the topic.
