Yes. We have all the documents showing payments. We also have all the replies and excuses they sent to us. We also have their emails promising us payments from renting it out... Many.... Payments we never got. I tried our lawyer in Chiang Mai, who we have used for many years and is really good and trusted. and he told us only a Phuket lawyer was allowed to act on Phuket matters. The lawyers had to be from the province the problem was in. I will however contact Siam Legal and see if they say the same. Thank you.

After a long dispute over our condo ownership, I am now looking for a good lawyer in Phuket. Basically we paid in full for a Condo and after completion they refused to register it in our name and now won't allow us in it and are renting it out to tourists. I have contacted several lawyers, but none but one replied to me, and the one that did was asking for £7000 upfront...and would not give me any idea if they would be sucxessful. After the problems with our condo we are worreod about trusting a lawyer and throwing more money away. My partner wants to walk away from it and give up as its so stressful. We also have returned to the UK now and will have to correspond with the lawyer from there for the most part. Cam anyone recommend from, personal experience, a lawyer in Phuket that we can trust?

Thar makes it even more crazy that the different groups hate each other, because if you did genetic analysis on the the Jewish race in that ages, theyand the Arabs are the same race lol. So how are Jewish people different from other human beings, apart from their religious beliefs? Seems religion is the root cause of all this. It's a shame people can't give up the primative religious idea of all religions and just accept we are all the same...then stop fighting over made up fairy stories. Its also not moral or progressive to keep different 'races' of people separated. What is the point to that apart to divide people and create frictions? I don't know the answer to this current war, but I am sure both sides are proud and after bloodshed and revenge for past things and definatly religion plays a major part in that.

I was trying to just comment on the main op I just feel confident that thar cancer does no suddenly happen and land a person in a hospital bed with no prior symptoms, making they body ooze blood on the beds. Also I can't belive the nurses in any Thai hospital would leave a patient in a blood soaked bed for any length of time. As for the 'no toilet rolls', that just pathetic. The guy saying it was like a 3rd wold country..... Well news to him it is . And he chose to holiday here. BTW... I would have more confidence on a scruffy government thai hospital than some of the NHS hospitals outside London in the UK.

That very idea of marriage comes directly from religion. So is everything to do with religion. Also, many male / female couples can not have children for various reasons...would you not allow them to marry if they can't have kids? I don't know what country you are from, but just look and the numbers of how many straight marriages end in divorce, how many families have kids from precious relationships, how many children are raised by a single mother or father? It's even worse that there are some many cases straight couples abusing or even killing their children... Children have more harm from being raised in a disfunctional, unhappy same sex marriage household, than they ever could being raised my parents who really love them in a stable relationship..be that straight of same sex couples or even a single parent. Also, many people have kids out of marriage, and many gay people have children already from precious relationships, adoption or fostering. Do you want to insist these children are removed from their parents and given to married straight people? Frankly, your argeume that kids are better off in the care of only straight married couples is groundkess. Where are your statistics on that?

I am gay and have been married to my partner I a monogamous relationship for 16 years and together for 25 years. Most of my straight married friends are divorced or had affairs. And single straight guys sleep around jsut as much as some gays.

I that case make male female marriage illegal. If marriage has no advantages then why do straight people do it?

I agree. But it's hard for a gay person to defend or side with a county that would happily kill them for being gay. OP I though I was the only one who was annoyed by this. The other day I was at a relaxing small cafe / restaurant. The place was playing lovely ambient chill out / spa music and it was in a relaxing quiet setting in beautiful gardens. Then a guy came in, sat down at a table next to us (when there were many more tables available), and proceed to have an endless hands free loud conversation with someone on his phone for the entire time we were there, even while eating his food...spitting out his food and coughing bexaie he was talking and eating at the same time lol. We moved tables to be far away from him, but could still hear him. Shortly after another couple came in. They both were listeninflg to endless tiktok memes and funny clips on speaker. They never spoke to each other the entire time, just watched their phones. So the noise of the first guy blabbering on, and the funny sound effects and music from the other people's phones, all clashing with the music that the restaurant was playing was finally enough for me and we left.
