    in our condo we have many Russian tenants. who because of their numbers physical appreance and beligerent attitude intimidate the manager,owners and committee members when confronted for breaking the rules.

    The Condo manager need not be Thai. A foreigner selected by the owners with the required work permit is allowed.

    the proper place for a complaint is to have it included on the agenda at the AGM and discussed at the meeting. The minutes of the meeting are forwarded to the land office for verification and action after the meeting. The land office have a maximum 90 days to approve the AGM. However any complaints deemed urgent or illegal are dealt with promptly.

    No doubt the smell of weed can be a problem in a condo building. If the owners vote to ban it at the AGM the condo manager should enforce it.

    Can anyone recommend a specialist in Bangkok ,Pattaya or Chaing Mai to treat trigger finger with ultra sound treatment hopefully to avoid surgery if possible .I have had this condition untreated in my small and index fingers for some time .Although both fingers are bent there has been no pain until recently . I would appreciate recommendations or advice from anyone especially anyone having had successful treatment . Thanks.
