    It is illegal now to stop the utilities to a condo in a financial dispute. The management must sue via the civil small claims court. You can attend the AGM but can not vote if condo fees are outstanding. It seems you are not on speaking terms with the management or committe which makes a solution without legal action more difficult.

    A small budget of 50million for one year is a very small budget. The amount indicates very strict small print to refuse claims. There is also a danger of tourists who would buy insurance not doing so because they believe the tourist visa insurance coverage will cover them.

    50 million baht budget for one year is a very small budget. Many insurance companies in Thailand offering health coveragen lost billions during covid some going bankrupt. I know this is for tourist visa holders but go fund me requests for help in Thailand are usually for massive hospital bills following accidents.

    Facebook has dozens of adverts for Thai driving licenses without taking the test.The government are trying to close them but Facebook seem to tolerate scammers . Perhaps this guy has opened a franchise for his business in Thailand .

    I have two accounts and one credit card with SCB for over twenty years. Since they forced me to use the phone app for on line banking the experience has been frustrating .Second rate treatment and conditions for foreign customers.I have had enough and now in the process of closing all accounts.
