  1. This needs explaining by the police: "With his visa expired" How can the police say that his visa had expired without being able to identify him? The visa is in the passport.
  2. I've only heard of two influential gangs in Phuket: taxi drivers and police...
  3. Ruffles and Feathers..., that's like 90% of all cross-dressing
  4. Looks more like "imploring" than "clamping down" to me
  5. only state officials? why not also government officials? Because the party leader is a military general, which makes him a government officials..., (it would be a conflict of interest)
  6. 25% compliance I think these municipal workers are immune to laws of physics another crackdown by the Chubby Police Force, gonna be funny to watch them waddling after offenders.
  7. Last year had gastro-/colonoscopy at Chula about 32,000
  8. Thepsutin is already pre-justifying his decision...
  9. Suggestion: Make it a policy that every flight needs to have at least one police general on board. I'm certain he will ensure proper upkeep just for his own safety, and there are too many generals anyways.
  10. Aww shucks. Didn't stop the PM from going on her European vacation.
  11. Explain to me, if you can, where in my post I said I believed in an unbiased Thai judiciary. These are solely your words which you are trying to pass as mine. Go troll someone else, Looser.

  13. Thaksin just brings out the best in people, makes Sondhi and Jatuporn grab each others asses.
  14. Yes, these guys always highlight those financial benefits, same the International Olympic Committee, same the FIFA,... and then come the briberies...
  15. and actions by an Ex-PM, who was ordered not to engage in politics, yet: Anusorn, do these real actions undermine a Justice System and government's stability more or less than false reports? Or is imploring the public to disregard reports deemed false by the government far easier than imploring Thaksin to stay out of politics lest he destabilizes the government and country?
  16. And the taxpayer is paying... Here is my proposal to reform legal processes: You want something, you pay for it. In this case, the lawyer/client should pay for the suicide watch expenses and the psychiatric eval. If the suspect is found not guilty they can get reimbursed. If found guilty, well the bill is paid. I can think of two effects: The lawyer will work extra hard for his client (as he should), and the lawyer will actually believe his client is innocent (as he also should). In conclusion, an all around positive incentive for the justice system and potential savings for the taxpayer, no?
  17. "Despite being on bail"? The Thai justice system grants bail to perps with murder charges and then have the nerve to act surprised when they flee... This not only facilitates fleeing, it encourages more crime. But they know that. So, I am curious as to the actual motivation behind this bail practice for serious crimes, is it just the greed of raking in the bail money?
  18. Reading between the lines, she knew he was married for quite awhile: Then she accepted to be his mistress again, never mind the wife: My contention is, when you know the apple is bad, don't eat it.
  19. No doubt about that. Sometimes in your favor, sometimes not. Depends on..., but you know that simply from growing up here, Yingluck.
