Now, about the bit on transmission: "the virus transmits only when there is a contact between organs and blood", I'm by no means a medical expert like Dr. Yong Poovorawan, but I'm pretty sure that there is contact between organs and blood, at least with mine...

A voluntary commercial agreement between two parties, often three with an agency.

Why does it go without explanation that the procurer bears the onus? At most it seems your stance is purely morally driven. Reality is based on law and particulars of their agreement. Many designs are possible.

Imo this is not about legal/illegal, or moral/immoral, or straight/homosexual, but about an abandoned baby. Surrogacy will probably continue, so it needs to be made safer for the child. Travelling by train in Thailand is absolutely fabulous! ( only a fool uses the roads ) I understand the extra security on Trains now due to a young girl being raped.But why not put security on all Buses,Boats,ferries & Taxis too!???? why just the trains?
