this may be a case of too little too late as infections would have spread far and wide by now. hope the tests will be free; otherwise many may not forthcoming to spend a big sum of money for the test.

what a wrong move; this was a time to shut down moe-chit and thereby control movement of people.

this is the biggest  recipe for disaster as close proximity increases the chances of infection. this exercise also runs the risk of spreading the infection to other provinces.

viruses are known to mutate; hence the behaviour can change accordingly.

this can only be achieved by a complete shut down. is the government ready for this and have they got all the logistics in place for a shut down.

looks like it has started in significant numbers and since there has no contact tracing done so far, it is difficult to predict where it is headed. nevertheless, the usual precautions will help to control but concepts like social distancing are not easily achievable unless the infrastructure is in place to enforce proper distancing and isolation if necessary.

Many come from the north where they may have generations sharing. They don’t have the option of going it alone 

self isolation is not possible if many people live in one small house.

there could have been more than one carriers.

it is unfortunate but that seems the trend world wide. best defence is to take all the precautions like personal hygiene and regular hand washing.

if mr anutin considers spain to be not a high risk country for corona infections he is out of touch with reality. infections an deaths in spain are very high- about 12k with 500 deaths.

looks like closing the borders will be the only solution to contain the spread of the virus.better to take the bitter pill early.
