Now is the time to plant seeds for a winter harvest -
I don't know the exact name of the plan please contact 3BBB customer service. At the moment my download is 250mb and upload is 909mb which is strange as usually download is faster... I send photos and videos so I need a reliable connection. I dont use a VPN.
-
Yes, I have fiber optics and an international plan so always smooth connections.
-
I use 3BBB with fiber connection and an international plan fast with no problems. I doubt any other ISP will be faster. VPNs tend to slow things down so I don't use them

Not all schools have this requirement - example Prem does not have it.

Had anyone tried having a baby in Thailand as a foreigner?
TravelerEastWest replied to KHY0307's topic in Family and Children
Samitivej Srinakirin I think has a special care center for problems... a good hospital for children. -
It is at two places per a request from the US and British consulates on Saturday - I think I read that...

Free Pfizer jab in Chiang Mai but you better hurry!
TravelerEastWest replied to David T Pike's topic in COVID-19 Coronavirus
Went today - an appointment printout for three weeks from now was all you get at first. Hopefully something better after the next shot... -
No one below 60 has been vaccinated yet in the current CM Pfzer program unless they have serious health problems. Currently they are accepting those 60 and older at Promenada - not sure about the hospital. Lines were not too long today at Promenada even though it was a walkin event.

Please visit a government hospital to see if you are comfortable with the level of English etc. For me I would prefer to save up and go to a really good private hospital... I have known many people who have had bad experiences at government hospitals slow service, lack of English, rude nurses, young doctors without experience, lack of modern medicine - mostly generics etc.. But that is a personal preference. -

Congratulations on the baby! I don't remember the cost but it wasn't much for a routine birth. Certainly less than in America. I suggest a large private hospital like Bangkok hospital where it is clean and comfortable and they speak English... https://www.bangkokhospital-chiangrai.com/en/ https://www.bangkokhospital-chiangrai.com/en/center/womens-health-clinic/ -
Hopefully, we are in the final innings now and we will get our vaccinations in the next week or so...
-
Probably a good idea to go early...

Thank you - a useful page that I did not know about. Actually, I normally don't use Facebook - I have two teenagers that live on the internet and they don't understand me...

McCormick will take you as a walk in two days this week. (For those 65 and above)

I think that you do need to register as an American citizen - at least that is what I did. I am registered on the wall and expat site but no updates from them...

People who retire in Thailand - Whats your plan?
TravelerEastWest replied to Leveraged's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
If insurance is difficult to get because of age or preexisting conditions a cash fund where you put aside what would be your insurance payments can work well. Plus of course a healthy and safe lifestyle to limit your need for doctors... -
