Not concept of passing other vehicles safely, they think nothing of passing on blind corners and hills.

That is absolute BS!!! Immigration from Mexico and South America is much lower under Obama than it was under Bush. It is almost at zero as many are returning home. That;s a fact but of course there is no room for facts when you are a Trump follower.

Why should we be forced to walk on the crowded roads where the drivers are more than happy to run you over knowing there is no accountability for their actions. 

I hope they eliminate all of the sidewalk vendors on Sukhumvit 11 as well. Good riddance.

I don't want to see anyone lose their livelihood but it's better than someone losing their life!!!

Make designated areas AWAY from the sidewalks where vendors can sell their wares legally instead of just paying the BIB for the privilege. 

Hey maybe they are not PC maybe they are concerned about tourism like here in Thailand? Just won't admit to terrorism as the dollar is worth more than life.

Banks and bankers are the scum of the earth. Laws need to be changed globally but since the banks own the politicians it will never happen.

They take no pride in their countries cleanliness yet get so offended when others talk about it.

And get so excited when a farang goes and cleans up some beaches, which tends to get front page news attention.

If you threw some litter on the ground in Canada you would have everyone around you yelling at you to clean it up, everyone from schoolchildren to old people. 

It's about instilling a culture of cleanliness and pride in the citizens.

That's usually what you see in Thailand right after the headline says sentenced to jail.

It is nice to hear good news. I honestly hope this guy appreciates the new job that he has and takes this opportunity to better his life.

Many homeless people in Thailand are homeless because of substance abuse and I hope if that is the case here that this guy can put all of that behind him and live up to the opportunity given to him.

All western families I have seen typically have their babies in bed by 7pm or 8pm and don't usually take them to party places until all hours, have seen that here hundreds of times.

And what are the Thais doing with their 30 sick days per year? Might be a good time to catch up on some sleep then.

The cops are just there to try and protect society. An incredibly difficult and thankless job. Sure there is the odd bad apple but it sounds like this guy got what he deserved as did many others (but not all).

If you are armed, and a cop tells you to do something, anything at all, just do it!!!

State your case later if you feel you are wronged. Otherwise you get what's coming.
