Two unrelated options. 1. Perfect Pedigree & 2. Possible local/domestic breeder contact at the reservoir.
I doubt very much each of the goldens at the reservoir were sourced through PP. and was simply suggesting you head that way and chat with the owners with a view to establishing where they purchased.
Apologies for the confusion.
No problem, always glad of people taking thier time to try and help

If you want to talk direct to owners go to Angkaew reservoir around 1700 Sunday as there's usually 2 or 3 there.
I contacted them and they said the pups were shipped from abroad.
Very expensive as well, I paid 5,000 baht for my last one with a pedigree, they want over 30k.
So I am a bit confused when you say the owners are at this reservoir on a Sunday with some dogs, according to the message from them ,they can't be.
I know you are trying to help Mahseer but I'm confused?

Hi,
Does anyone know of any breeders that have some that will be available in July?
I looked at the archived posts and there was someone, but that page no longer exists.
I had one for 13 years , she died 6 years ago and its taken me this long to prepare to love another dog as I loved my last one.
Many thanks

I am familiar with Wittawat.
Looking for recommendations for other urologists.
"...Dr Supon and Dr. Phitsanu Mahawong, and others, and have read a variety of reports on them...".
Did you find the reports you read on this site or other sources?
Do you still have links for those reports?
Did you visit any urologists and have any report you can share - satisfied or not?
I have seen all these doctors.
I still have urethral issues.
I go to Bumrungrad now

I have seen every urologist in the main hospitals here in CM
IMHO they are not very good and I have had my urethra damaged.
You really need to go to BK for any urology issues.
Good luck

นำเข้า???????? (Exp05/24) Mct Oil Natures Way Mct Oil From Coconut KETO (480ml) น้ำมัน เอ็มซีที คีโต ขายดีอันดับ 1 ในอเมริกา
game changer for me!!!!! It's not that cheap at like 750 baht per bottle, but I take a teaspoon when I wake up right before black coffee and NO headaches ever, no appetite, and I'm good to roll until around 11 a.m. (wake up at 6 a.m.). Now I walk in 7-11 and wonder how I ever craved any of that "devil food". lol. If I do carbs, I'll do it for breakfast on the weekend and AFTER one hour after getting some MCT oil.
ok, i've highjacked this thead maybe too much. sorry, good luck.
I have an unopened bottle of coconut oil in the cupboard, I will check in the morning if it is the one you recommend

Hi ,does anyone know of any dieticians in CM.. ?
Can be private or attached to a hospital but one you can recommend through a successful experience would be preferable obviously.
I have IBS and need more than Mr.Google to start me on the correct path to eliminating it
Many thanks

That link is not working Sheryl
Do you have the doctors name?
I can take it from there.
Thank you

There are specific tests that can be done (outpatient) if a motility problem is suspected.
"Motility Center" is a bit of an exaggeration. It is the regular GI center. With capacity for some motility tests.
As with everything else all depends on the skill of the specific doctor you see
Cannot do better than this:
https://www.bumrungrad.com/en/doctors/Parit -Mekaroonkamol
He has successfully diagnosed a number of TV members when other doctors could not
Thanks Sheryl
It was my GI doctor that called it a Mortility Centre I had never heard of one before

I have been referred by my GI doctor here in CM to a motility centre at either Bumrunggrad or Bangkok Hospital in BK
Basically the doctors here cannot understand why I have constant diorreah and stomach pain.
I have had a CT Scan
I Endoscopy
I Colonoscopy
All negative for anything nasty.
Pollips removed and have come back negative, so after 3 different diagnosis they have given up and reffered me to this centre which I have never heard of.
I have spent time trying to find out but both have not got back to me.
I have asked a doctor from both hospitals to contact me but neither has so far
So I thought I would put it out there and ask you guys if you have any experience of what a Motolity Centre does?
From Googleing myself it seems that they spend a lot more time than an ordinary GI doctor has to fix you and may prescribe"special medication"
But I don't know if this is done as an inpatient or outpatient?
Anyone?
Thanks.

During the procedure (Cystoscopie plus Rezum) I was not awake and catheter was in place when wakening up. I almost immediately experienced
some discomfort because of the catheter whenever moving.
The good thing is really that the treatment is outpatient and I could return home and was able to walk short distances. It is highly recommended to
buy a pack of adult diapers and wear them because of blood not only in the urine bag but dripping out of the urethra as well. A slight burning pain is to be expected from time to time.
Starting on the third day i experienced quite some pain when sitting on chairs or hard surfaces longer than 20 minutes. Sitting on my sofa or armchair was
however possible without issue.
After 1 week I was given the option to remove the catheter. However, at that time I felt some pain and decided to wait another week, even as mentioned the catheter was very inconvenient and sometimes painful. Today the catheter was removed (close to 2 weeks after Rezum), during removal i had a strong burning pain lasting 2 or 3 seconds. I was told to wait in the hospital until after 2 times of urination to see if there are any problems with that. Urination was ok, but not particularly strong with lots of blood coming out. Some hours later the bleeding seems to be less. Frequency and urgency of urination is annoying so far.
I have been in Adult Diapers for more than one year following my last urethral operation , my urethra was damaged while having a TURP operation then about 6 cystoscopy ops at various hospitals, but I'm convinced it was the initial operation that did the damage as I was in a lot of pain that started in the weeks that followed and had so many more cystoscopy procedures afterwards.
I've been to Bangkok Hospital spent 6 weeks in and out of Bumrungrad , but they could not get rid of my pain without high doses of morphine followed by methadone to get off off that.
It goes through stages of being painful and pain free but I manage to releive the pain sufficiently with Ultracet now.
Morphine is anawful drug to be addicted too.
Methadone is not much better but I needed it to get off morphine and it took time ,but worked.
My family were convinced I woukd have to go into a treatment centre but I never needed to.
I get a lot of UTI's probably because of the diapers being wet during the night before I change them in the morning , nothing much I can do about that.
I have tried Kegal exercises, they only seem to make things worse.
I've tried a new product they are similar to feminine pads but the only ones you can buy on Lazada are too thin so they will not last the day before you need to change.
Waste of time.
So it looks like diapers for life.
I wish that the procedure you had was offered to me 4 years ago, but it wasn't.
I hope your recovery goes well and that you enjoy a healthy sex life and be diaper and pain free forever now
Mine was ruined by the TURP op, and the last cystascope just over a year ago finally finished me off for good.
Even the strongest of the enhancement meds no longer give me the power to have any kind of meaningful sex life.
Sorry to have droned on, but it's good from your point of view to know what can happen when things go wrong here.

The reason being that when I read the rare papers authored by Thai doctors there is very little focus on preserving the urinary and sexual functions.
I can testify to this through my own experiences

I can recommend Dr.Chalermpong at Ram
I am aware it's a big private hospital, but you should always buy the doctor ,not the hospital
Anyway I think only charges 500 baht a visit
Best doctor in Chiang Mai,and believe me I have see a great many

I know, I know, I tried to figure out what my gf now wife got when she ended up in Hospital and we got 60k in bill for 4 days and nights, and had to wait to 16:00 before they let her go. I googled all of them and just deleted coloured non medication 3 out of 5 as far I could understand, but at least we only had to pay covid test and 5k in Deductible.
We're you billed for an extra night?
Is that why they kept you till after 4pm?

To add: Before Rezum operation my erection and libido were weak. After the operation my erection and libido are even weaker than before. How come?
My sexual functions have never been the same since I had prostrate surgery.
Retrograde orgasms , and I need "medicinal help" for any kind off sexual activity, but intercourse is now out of the question , my erections are too weak.

I'm sorry to hear this.
I can only say that from my POV if you need a good urologist you have to fly down to BK.
I have been underwhelmed with the 5 urologists I have been treated by in CM

I too suffer badly from GERD
When it was bad a few weeks ago I saw a GI doctor at Chiang Mai Ram and he prescribed me Gasmotin twice a day before meals , breakfast and dinner, and Vociniti 10mg ( Vonoprazan) once a day before breakfast.
My symptoms have significantly improved, if I do get a flare a gulp of White Rabbit anti acid drink, but that's hardly occurred since I started taking the medication.
I was having trouble EVERY morning before
Good luck GERD sucks
