I've been following this topic as I was diagnosed with advanced aggressive prostate cancer seven years ago. I underwent prostatectomy surgery in Australia. As the cancer had spread. I have been receiving quarterly Lucrin injections. Approx six months ago PSA count was rising rapidly and now also receiving Casodex tablets daily and projected to require chemo in the coming months. End of life is guesstimated in about 3/5 five years. Getting to the point I'm considering returning to UK after 40+ years overseas. Has your experience of returning to England for NHS medical support been straight forward? BTW whilst I have no assets in the UK, my daughter resides in England with three children. Thanks for your input.

Is this a very recent change? Back in 11/22 I purchased scripts for overseas travel. All were fulfilled ate the seniors price for a script i.e. $6.30 per Script. Today bought a small eye fillet steak for $20.00 - cost per kilo AUD$90.00 at the local butcher! -
The very depth of human depravity to murder children. Extremely cruel crime and so very sad.

Paris shooting: Three dead and several injured in attack

Alleged to be killing by extremist French Nationalist recently released from jail. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-64077668 -
Media has provided a few more details. The killers were two brothers and a sister in law. They had shot two police and whilst they were down walked up to them and shot them again. The killers also murdered a neighbour. It is alleged they were believers in a yet to be identified conspiracy group. Special Police later shot the three of them in an exchange of gun fire, I assume they were police snipers. Six dead after Queensland police ambush (msn.com)

I have now departed Thailand, if all goes well returning approx 02/2024. We visited some of the recommended restaurants and overall, IMO, .the best being August for taste and service. From the other restaurants we visited the best meal we enjoyed, although relatively expensive was Cafe des Amis.

Taking the following into account, from the OP, care to explain? "Thailand and Australia saw a total of 12.76 billion U.S. dollars in two-way trade from January to August this year. This figure shows an 18.50% growth year-on-year."

Travelling from the Darkside to Beach Road area can sometimes take 45 - 60 minutes, especially at weekends, so it's good to have alternative venues. Plus Beach Road area can look rather grotty with freelance prostitutes, rather sad looking elderly Western men etc etc

What else to expect other than misrepresentation by the usual suspects. Sadly looks as though in a number of cases US politics will go down the drain e.g. As of six hours ago more than 75 election deniers already elected... A majority of Republican nominees on the ballot Tuesday for the House, Senate and key statewide offices — 291 in all — have denied or questioned the outcome of the last presidential election, according to a Washington Post analysis. The Post is tracking the outcomes of their contests in real time. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/interactive/2022/election-deniers-midterms/
