In the past, as you probably know, the ones who fought for the kingdom (no matter which) got much more then just freedom.
The queen granted high ranks to some remarkable, bloody, merciless pirates. So, Prigozhin stands in a good company from historical point of view.
My remarks were only about that.
I don't have any objections to your other statements that Ukrainians are brave, willing to fight, liberated large territory etc.
