overherebc
Takes longer than many consultes/embassies. eg, hand in application on monday and pick up on wednesday. However Seoul is a good place to spend a couple of days. Not the cheapest though.
overherebc
On day 2 you do a trip to the DMZ by train, unless they are throwing missiles about by that time. Very nice ticket collectors by the way. Edited September 6, 2017 by overherebc 1
overherebc
If you are not in a rush I would fly to Busan, stay one night and get the KTM early train to Seoul, almost every taxi driver at the main station knows where the embassy is. You can then find a place to stay in Seoul and do the DMZ the next day or even return to Busan the same day. If you go back to Busan hotel prices are about the same as Seoul. Also has a beach area and markets all easy walking distance. Easy to KTM it back to Seoul on collection day back to Busan and maybe a late flight to Thailand. KTM is like flying at ground level. ? Change KTM to KTX. Sorry. Edited September 6, 2017 by overherebc
