Meet-up opportunities for Ex Pats

Featured Replies

I will be spending a month in Chiang Mai and would like to meet other English speaking ex pats or travelers while I am there; I live in Mexico part time and here we have a new comers' group, several social events targeted at ex pats, many non profits for volunteering, Rotary, etc.  Any ideas would be much appreciated.

There is a Friday morning brunch with a newcomers table too, I think. Check with CM Expats Club... enjoy CM.

From TV ? why? just spend a few minutes  reading and you will see so many struggling with mental health issues.

Google:

Chiang Mai Expats Club  for their activities and look at the pages on their website for "activities", i.e. the "Outside Group Activities", special interest groups like Computer Club, Bridge Club, etc.  Also check out their "Community Sponsors" page for church groups, Rotary, Gate Theater.

Also check out  Chiang Mai International Rotary Club

also, Wednesday and Sunday evenings are 1/2 price wine nights at Pern's Restaurants and that attracts a good crowd of expats.  Brian Pern or Mickey can probably match you up with an amiable table ready for a chat.
