JourdanA
I'll be spending January in Bangkok and would love to find gyms to practice martial arts. I train in wing chun or JKD. It's a life-long hobby and how I stay in shape (I not into competition) Schools or classes would be good. But if there are no schools or classes, I'd like to find a gym where I can train on my own. I just need some mat space, weights and a heavy bag (wing chun wooden dummy would be great too.) Suggestions?

JourdanA
I will certainly enjoy watching Muay boran and Muay Thai. But I fear I'm way too old to take them up myself!
