Does anyone know latest possible time to show up in afternoon and still get the retirement extension done?  This is for first one from Non-Imm O.

I did retirement extentsions in Jomtien from 2011 - 13 inclusive. They do not offer "while you wait" service. I think they tell you to come back at 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. the next business day. I think you can hand in your application as late as 4:30 p.m., but I would strongly suggest that you not wait until a few minutes before closing time.

Go in around 4pm and pick up the following day after 11am
