Phitsanulok official faints and dies after presenting report to governor

Dozens of officials attending a meeting on garbage management chaired by the Phitsanulok governor were shocked when one of them fainted after delivering a briefing to the governor and eventually died.

 

The meeting took place at the auditorium of Wang Kaew hotel in Muang district of Phitsanulok and chaired by the governor on Wednesday (Sept 13).  

 

Samran Khanthong, 56, chief of the local development and promotion group of the Office of Local Administration Promotion, gave a briefing to the governor about garbage and waste management.
