    10 million low-income people to receive welfare cards

    Students from Phuket’s Prince of Songkhla University were busy this afternoon preparing thousands of condom packs. It’s a regular voluntary activity each semester at PSU. Carex in Bangkok provide the condoms, the students pack them into small packs for distribution.
