Actually, in the US , a woman who got HIV infected kept working till she was caught. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 50+ men got infected.  She died in prison.

The 2 go together frequently. If not detected early it can develop into Neuro Syphilis known as "The Hidden Disease" 10-20 years later you go down with ministrokes and signs of dementia. I've read up a lot about this as one of my family was struck down with this in 2015, in and out of secure psychiatric hospitals and eventually diagnosed with neuro Syphilis after a lumbar puncture test of spinal fluid, cured 2 weeks of mass antibiotics given to him intravenously. He's been married for 15 years and faithful man. He traced it back to a TWA air hostess he shagged in 97 whose friend later told him she had HIV, we were quite prepared to kill her. But his HIV test came back negative

 

I don't want anyone to go through what he and my family had to go through so I've shared this horrific experience

Yes people need to differentiate between Syphilis and other milder STD's like Gonorrhoea and chlamydia.

Sorry you did not have time to read a report on sex scavengers who get excited and come to the end of a cycle in 30secs or less, so 3 mins i gave them was for there ego not mine. Where HIV is concerned its in all our interests to know as its a killer and an expensive medicare problem. SO NOT POINTLESS

The Chief needs to take his job more seriously.  If he knows that some sex workers tested positive and continue to (illegally) work, he should ensure their removal from contact with the public; or is it just another case of "Mai Bpen Rai"!  Another official doing a sterling job!

Years ago I actually knew two girls in CM who were given aids by an English guy probably about in his 30's. The girls are dead now and so is he, but apparently he didn't care and went out of his way to engage in unprotected sex.

Why? HIV is very hard to catch heterosexually. A slow moving virus that really needs an exchange of blood to be transmitted, thus it's prevalence among needle sharing addicts, and gay men into high risk behaviour.

I'd say it amazingly easy to get BBFS in Thailand. But mainly amongst a population of soapy sildeliners, soi 6 girls or gogo girls in their early twenties. More seasoned (professional) girls are unlikely to provide it. Recently a Nana gogo nymphet went BB for a ridiculous THB 500 and then anal for the same stupid surcharge. Just finished my PEP. That's BS, if your partner is known as HIV positive the risks of transmission are between 1/1000 and 1/2000, for insertive vaginal, per act. Anal bears a tenfold risk. Some HIV discordant couples went on for many years without infecting the HIV negative partner. It is true that high viral load implies a higher level of risk.
