Rawai Mayor awaits instructions from Phuket Gov on Leam Krathing property demolition

On Aug 24, it was confirmed that sections of the property which have deemed to be illegal by officials were in the process of being demolished.

 

The order to demolish parts of the property that had already been built but that could not be granted approval by law came following a meeting held by Rawai Mayor Aroon Solos at Rawai Municipality on July 31, where a host of officers reviewed the project’s construction status.

Agreed! But sadly it probably won't happen and then it sets a precedent for others to be built.

Sounds somehow like the Eva Beach story.

I was surprised to see this going up while others were being torn down.

 

Well I shouldn't be surprised just the connected V's the not so well connected.

 

And the negotiations are in full swing.
