monorobbie
I'm on a year's education non-immgrant visa here in LOS and I want to go to UK for a couple of weeks in a week or so. Last April I was successful applying for re-entry permit at Suvarnabhumi airport at the departures immigration queue. Just checking if this still is the case? Iirc it was zone 2 departures immigration.
BritTim
No change. Immigration zone 2 as in April.
bdenner
Correct, turn right down the stairs after putting your shoes back on 5555. Tuesday, 26th Sep, I did see some applicants being charged 200 Baht for having their photos taken even though they had one attached to the application which appeared to be the correct size and affixed in the correct location? What's that all about ? I just handed my application over with Passport and 1000 Baht, short wait = done and dusted. It took 10 mins all up with 3 people queued up in front of me (they paid the extra 200 Baht)
JackThompson
Upon your return, you may be questioned as to how you could interrupt your studies. I would get a letter from the school explaining/excusing your absence. Also, be sure have the required 20K Baht worth of cash or travelers checks to show.
