Thailand and Russia sign oil MoU

Thailand’s state-owned oil and gas company, PTT, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Russia’s integrated oil company, Gazprom Neft. Tevin Vongvanich, chief executive officer of PTT, and Alexander Dyukov, CEO of Gazprom, inked the agreement in Russia during Russian Energy Week.

 

The agreement covers potential collaboration in the exploration and production of petroleum, aviation fuel supplies, and technology development as well as scientific collaboration in industrial safety.

But in Thailand an IOU is a MOU (me owe u)..

Russia and China closed the deal industrial safety. Two world leaders in human rights and industrial safety. China is about to annex the entire sea off Vietnam. The US simply wasn't interested. You can also keep your Russian and Chinese tourists.

My statement is simply that in 10 Months 70 years of US dominance and leadership have been undone by One Buffoon in the White house.
