month to month storage aroud Soi 71 + Suk or + - 5km or so?

I just got an email from my Thai friend that he is moving out of the place he is storing some of my stuff ,

 

2 suitcases and maybe a square meter of parts ,

 

is there any Storage places like in the USA to put stuff month to month ?

 

He is on Soi 71 , so somewhere that side of town would help,

There is also a place on Udomsuk Soi 31, which may be cheaper as it is new and less well known.
