90 day report obsolete after re-entry

Actually in fairness he is absolutely correct, as I made the mistake of stating that the clock starts again on reentering, whereas in reality it doesn't start the clock again, it does indeed reset it, to word it the way I did in my post could vaguely imply that the clock starts again, so in other words, starts again from where it left off when you departed Thailand, which of course is completely wrong, by stating reset it does remove any ambiguity for those that do not know.

    The requirement is to report after 90 days in the country. If you are not here for 90 days you do not report. I don't know why people find this so difficult to understand.
