bbi1
What happened Bodyguard Condoms? I've gone to a lot of the Sukhumvit pharmacies and can't find them anymore. Those were those ones you can get in normal 56mm sizes. Are they not for sale anymore? I asked one pharmacy and he said they stopped making them since December 2016 but their website is still up: http://www.bodyguardcondoms.com/
Just Weird
They're the only ones that give you the answer, why not contact them from their website?

I would've thought they'd be killing it in profit servicing the non-Thai market as they had it all for themselves here. Are there any alternatives here for a 56mm size and is the prices similar? revelstone
Durex Comfort available in most 7/11 is a 56mm. That's about it as far as 56mm goes. Lifestyles (mostly available only in the pharmacies along Sukhumvit Road) does a 54mm. Okamoto also have a 54mm (Okamoto XL). They're all generally cheaper as Bodyguard was quite an expensive option at 90 baht for a box of

Will need to check out the prices of those other brands.
bbi1
Just found those Durex 56mm at the cheapest pharmacy for 295baht for a 12 pack. Geez those are a ripoff! Bodyguard 12 packs were 160 baht from the exact same pharmacy. Anyone know why they closed down?

If you are going down Sukhumvit road in the direction of Siam, just after you pass Soi 4 on the left hand side there are two or three pharmacies. These pharmacies have both the Lifestyles and the Okamoto XL. The Lifestyles cost 45 baht for a pack of 3. The Okamoto I don't remember the price. mstevens
The owner of Bodyguard now runs the New Yorker Cafe on Sukhumvit, very close to Exchange Tower.

You're talking about the big non-aircon pharmacy just after Sukhumvit 4 between the petrol station/McDonalds combo and before that pub with a bull out the front and a massage shop after it? Yes, exactly. There are two pharmacies right next door to each other (one small and one big), both of which have Lifestyles and Okamoto XL. You're obviously acquainted with him (or her). If you ever get a chance, ask him why the company closed down. They definitely had an almost monopoly on the larger 54mm/56mm size and were well represented in retail outlets.

Agreed, they would've be rolling in dough from all expats buying from them as they were the cheapest brand that specialised in the "normal" size market, something that's lacking here in Thailand.
