Rc2702 Posted October 22, 2017 Share Posted October 22, 2017 We got a car insured through Axa Krùgthai and on the day we got a cover note which I guess acts as some form of reciept. Gave it the once over and noticed the completely wrong start and end dates. After a minute of discussion the clerk realised the error and corrected it. Formal documents in the post we were advised on 2nd October. Arrived 4th. The Mrs looked at them and found an error on the named driver info the same day. Took a picture and sent to clerk by line. That day clerk said new documents will be issued stright away. We not had nothing yet and we're moving next week to a new city. Anyone dealt with Axa I think something is amiss. Hopefully they turn up tomorrow but has anyone else had any issue like this. Seems very odd I mean you never want to use your insurance so the process of signing up should be a lot smoother than the service received thus far?
