October 28, 20178 yr I just ordered PC parts on this thai registered e-commerce website www.invadeit.co.th For many reasons, one of which being long supplier delay, I need to cancel it. No item has been shipped yet. I have yet to obtain a feedback from the shop but I take advantage of this experience to look deeper into Thailand's law regarding ecommerce. In my country, you must refund cancelled purchases within the statutory ‘cooling off’ period – 14 days. Does Thailand have such a legal framework protecting e-commerce shoppers? October 28, 20178 yr No idea on the legal position but Invade are pretty good on most things. Have you cancelled your order? "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
October 28, 20178 yr Author Thanks for a quick answer. Yes, they seem legit and overall their prices are the best I've found, or should I say the least worst. However, I am running out of time and need a PC right away so I definitely need to cancel. I am very confident that they will grant me the refund, I was just wondering on a more general level if there was some kind of frame regulating e-commerce sales in Thailand. Yet, since Thailand's e-commerce sector is next to inexistent I doubt that there is anything speficic yet Edited October 28, 20178 yr by sinclairfr
