Your condo allows?  This will change outside appearance if not done well so expect it might be a cause for concern.  If not allowed perhaps drapes could be improved.

All ready on the windows

Plus others have in there new Windows

I believe it is alowed

Not one of those latest modern windows

But appreciate the thoughts

"Many of the places that do auto window tinting will do it."

Auto tinting was so much more exy than replacing the entire window--when I done this 6 years ago ---near Pattaya. I know that doesn't sound correct, & I went to get quite a few quotes, not quite believing it myself --I then not only replace all the windows with tint (old condo, it didn't have any before),but for very little more was able to get thicker glass, Had a minor noise problem on one side----and the new surround (frame) that came with it, in any colour bond I wanted gave a whole new look to the Condo.

I would see if the window tint on you windows can be removed?... is there a film on the inside that can be peeled off?... or is the glass itself tinted?...

A neighbor had Amnuay Air do his house windows

You might consider a DIY solution... you can buy the film from Lazada... just keep a low profile as this might require a work permit ;-)
