I have been using them for over 8  years never a problem

exchange rate is usually 2 baht lower than the current exchange at the bangkok bank

NO transfer fee

Money in bangkok bank account within 4 hours

They have offices in Sydney and Melbourne

You can also check out OFX, based in Australia and UK:-

I've dealt with them for a number of years, it's a pretty good service.

I have been using bahtsmart from Aus for a couple of years and quite happy with them. At least 2baht above the bank rates and no fees. What they quote is what you will get in you BKK bank account.

They use an ANZ account for you to transfer into and you will get it in Thailand next day.

You might be better off asking in the banking section, I'll move it.
