Phone Doesnt Work Afternoon Every Day

My TOT phone doesn't work every day just after noon. Usually from 1pm till 5pm.

Sometimes as today from 10am.

its going on for 1 month at least when I moved in.

Some neighbours told me that this happens for 3 months already.

Have called TOT call center few times.

For the first time they sent a technician to check a dial tone.

Now they say "everything will be fixed ASAP" every time I call them.

Actually I don't need a phone itself I need an ADSL internet.

TT&T is not available yet in my village.

Have someone experienced something like this?

The connection box is getting overheat and turns itself off.

Actually, those "connection" boxes are usually housed in an air-con steel cubicle.

If the air-con is malfunctioning, it's more like a sauna in there...

Yes it like a cubicle. Its located near a children playground. I can observe the TOT technicans doing something there almost every day.
