What a banana! Pick-up ends up reaching for the stars!

Everyone in Thailand has heard about the famous hanging wires - now we have the first hanging pick-up.

A man going to market to sell bananas failed to negotiate a bend on the Ratchaburi bypass.

He ended up trapped in his cab on cable stays leading to high power wires above.

Police and foundation medics sent the victim to Ratchaburi Hospital - then were faced with what to do with the banana laden pick-up.

Its back end was half on half off the sidewalk while it's front was reaching for the heavens.

He must have skidded on a banana skin.....

Is this one of the reasons they have for putting the cables underground?

Least he wasn't overloaded :shock1:

Hope the poor fellow is OK

he was jumping out of the way of a tail gating minivan. :cheesy::cheesy::cheesy:

The cable stays probably saved him from crashing into the concrete power pole.

Good that the driver was not fried from this experience.

 Better buy some lottery tickets

Geezer

He was just moonlighting.

His real job is a Minivan driver. :jap:
