Yellow House Book and TM30

Featured Replies

I now have my yellow house book. I take it this means I would not require to complete the TM30?

Thanks

Having a yellow house book does not exempt you from TM30 reports or any others.

The yellow book doesn't exempt you from any immigration reporting. It's simply a record of your registration at the local Amphoe.

As I am now registered at the Amphoe as living in my property. I thought they may not require me to register my location when at home. Not that I do anyway. [emoji3]

Registering at the amphoe is nothing to do with your obligations under immigration law.

Like you OP I don't bother either
