paz
Hi fellas, Please spare me a search, as I'm still jet-lagged. Today i've seen a pretty decent 250 LQ bike, inspired by the classic Yamaha in subject. What is that? Where is it sold in Patts?
ktm jeff
For 250 you could try GPX. For 200 and 400 , try Stallion. Both companies offer SRX types. Theres also a 125 from Ryuka , Infinity.
VocalNeal
One could say the OP is LQ. Or is that too many abbreviations or lazy smart phone slang.
OmegaRacer
SRX? Maybe you mean a SR400 inspired bike like the Stallion 400?

DILLIGAD
SRX? Maybe you mean a SR400 inspired bike like the Stallion 400?Didn’t the SRX succeed the SR Yammy, but it was a less retro inspired bike?? paz
Thanks guys. Surely a Stallion GPX Legend, but I was fooled, not a Liquid Cooled engine. At 70k could be worth to train your girl etc, will have a second look. Paolo

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Kinda. More than succeed, it was built alongside the SR, which has outlived the SRX ten times over. The styling was not so successful, even though it was a fun and reliable bike.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Maybe some could say it looks a little like my Stallions 250 - e.g. forward cant of the cylinder .... perhaps with some after market customising???? But then again, it could 'look like' many small capacity, single cylinder machines. Not always too sure about this 'inspired by ... ' business. Compared to the GPX Legacy I find it has a better "everything", down to the Kawa inspired rims.
OmegaRacer
Have a look at the new Kawasaki W175. Same style, very good price and it's a KAWA!

No, that's more 40's inspired. And too little displacement.

The new Kawasaki 175 looks slightly more modern and costs 85K. Theres a new separate thread on it , just started.
OmegaRacer
W650 actually. Lovely bike. Hadn't it been for the Triumph Street Twin, I would have gotten the W800 (the last of the big W series).
