Hi,

Does any body know about the process to get a blue book house registration for a foreigner that has a permanent residency. I heard you have to go through an interview. Any details about this?

I've never done it. But I believe, from a friend that has, that you simply take your residents permit/paperwork to the local Amphoe. The owner of the property needs to go with you.

I am not sure about this but I don't think you can get the blue book as a foreigner I think it is a yellow book

He can be in a blue house book since he has permanent residency.
