HOSS garden tools

Recommended Posts

Has anybody seen tools from HOSS for sale here in Thailand? Or eventually purchased any from them directly in the USA and had them delivered to Thailand? https://hosstools.com/

They have a few items that would be really practical for people who grow veggies in small to medium sized gardens. But, because I've read so many stories about the problems (some) people have trying to import equipment here, I'm really reluctant to have stuff shipped here.

I'm particularly interested in the garden "seed and weed" deal/combination.  Come to think of it, I've never seen anything like it here...

Cromwell tools have European quality tools for the garden available, there is certainly no need to import and I KNOW gardening tools. Just don't buy cheap stuff.

Thanks! I've bought some cheap stuff in the past, never again! Useless rubbish.

Thanks for the link.

Unfortunately, after taking a closer look at http://www.cromwell.co.th, I realize that they don't offer GARDEN TOOLS/EQUIPMENT. A good site, and one I'll probably use in the future for other tools, but can anybody give me any advice on 1) HOSS garden tools (particularly the seeder and weeder tools) or recommend a similar supplier here in LOS?

Thanks

Deary me. YES THEY DO! Under Handtools, section 522. Even if they didn't you don't need to insist on a particular brand of tools, plenty of other good sources out there.

There are definitely some items offered by cromwell which I'm interested in. I understand HOW to order the items I want BUT I can't for the life of me find the order button or form... I've emailed them twice already and no reply (they obviously don't need the extra business. Good for them).

Cooked, can you explain to me how to actually ORDER items from them i.e. do I have to call them? Fax them? Send them an order with the post? Go to the store in person and order there?

They have a good catalogue.

Last time I ordered (six years ago) I sent an email stating the name of the tools I wanted + catalog number. I got a response pretty quick and they told me how to pay, which I can't remember much about. The English guy in charge is affable and informative.

Thanks! I'll try again.
