Ask someone at your office to prepare the necessary company paperwork and apply at the Ministry of Labour. The required paperwork is listed in the thaivisa portal pages.

Takes 10 working days to approve and is valid until the end of your current non b visa.

In case you do not know it you can not work without application having been made for a work permit so you have been warned.

If the place you work/plan to work can support a work permit (not all companies or work qualify) you need to get a bunch of paperwork together and if company is not going to do that for you (has experience) I would highly advise the services of a law firm such as sponsor as it will be money well spent and save a lot of time I suspect.
