Knicker nicker says about stolen underwear - "the owners are welcome to have it back, it's undamaged..."

The story of a Thai man stealing underwear in Kamphang Phet involved a sting, a manhunt and finally a statement that beggared belief.

The thief of more than 50 items of ladies underwear told the cops his victims could have it back, none of it was damaged.

Trouble started for a coin-op launderette business in Muang district of Kamphaeng Phet when many female customers started complaining that their bras and panties were going missing.

Some even blamed owner Naphawan Jai-eua, 29, for stealing the items and business was suffering as a result.

Convinced that the thief was coming in from outside Naphawan decided to install CCTV and lay a bait of some enticing smalls to attract the knicker nicker.

In no time he arrived in a Ford pick-up and was clearly seen entering the launderette and choosing some items carefully before leaving with a smile on his face.

The cops were immediately contacted and the man - named only as "Doh" - was arrested near Wat Na Lom after a brief manhunt.

Six pairs of underwear were found in his truck but a search of his house found 50 more.

"Doh" begged the police and media not to name him saying that relatives that have the same surname in the area would be embarrassed.

He said that he was head of a team of workers and had split up from his wife for four years. In mitigation he said that he had only targeted the one shop, reported daily News.

He said on this occasion he was passing and saw some attractive women loading up their washing - this put him in the mood for some sexual gratification.

But it was his final statements at the police station that had Naphawan and the cops aghast - Doh said he had kept all the items in tip-top condition.

The victims were welcome to have them back as none were damaged in any way.

This guy has a fetish for women's underwear, something not uncommon among Conservative MPs. However, no women were harmed physically and he is contrite and ashamed.  More to be pitied than pilloried

Every day, a male employee walks up very close to a female co-worker at the coffee machine.

He stops, inhales quite deeply and says that her hair smells nice.

After a week of this, the woman can't stand it anymore.

She takes her issue to a supervisor in Human Resources and asks to file a sexual harassment grievance against the guy.

The supervisor is puzzled and asks, "What's threatening about a co-worker telling you your hair smells nice?"

"It's Frank. The midget."

ผลการค้นหารูปภาพสำหรับ scent of a woman

Those undergarments claimed in tip-top conditions should first be tested for semen before being claimed back by the victims.

They missed the “!” at the end of his name.

Why would that be considered mitigating circumstances?

This guy’s entire story is nothing but pants...

The sting should be getting big heavy set men to put some womans underwear inside thiers work all day then place them in the places where they are being stolen...then after a few weeks post pictures showing how the stink was set up...

In Japan they sell soiled panties from university girls ,they pack them in cans. He could have ordered them online. Those cans have photos of the young ladies so he could choose the one he likes.
