webfact Posted December 14, 2017 Share Posted December 14, 2017 Help sought after over 150 inmates in Kantharalak prison fallen sick and two have died By Thai PBS The Corrections Department has asked the Public Health Ministry to send medical team to investigate a mysterious illness which has infected more than 150 inmates in the Kantharalak prison with two fatalities so far. The department chief, Pol Col Narat Sawettanan, said he was informed by the prison warden that a total of 155 inmates had fallen sick with headache, dizziness, vomiting and muscle pains, but without high fever and two of them have died.
