Temp moving to Bangkok during a 90 day reporting period up country

Featured Replies

Is it OK to do my next successive 90 day report in my up country immigration office, same as previous report, after spending previous 80 or more days in Bangkok without going to immigration in Bangkok to report my move there with tm28? I was planning to do tm28 in Bangkok at same time as 90 day was due as suggested in this forum but now I have chance to return up country and visiting immigration upcountry is a lot less time consuming.

My concern is the up country location is a small town and even though I was not required to visit that immigration office there since last visit they may have noticed I was not around for a couple of months due to the close knit community that exists? Should I be concerned, or just go for it and forget about Bangkok immigration visit?

Forget it and not worry. And get a new place to live where you are not sticking out like a sore thumb.. That's creepy to have them notice you're gone

There is nothing that states you need to be at the same address for the 90 days.

Don't worry about somebody noticing you not be there.
