December 27, 20178 yr Last year when I had to stay longer in the US than I expected because of surgery, purchased a very cheap Lenovo 110S laptop to tide me over. Because it only has 2gb ram and a 32gb eMMC drive, it's pretty much useless for anything but email and light browsing. The damn Win 10 takes up more than 60% of the available memory. I recently bought a much better computer for travelling and want to sell the Lenovo. I put an ad on a FB group and immediately found a buyer but when I tried to do a re-set tonight to clear out all my info and files, I hit a wall. Basically, when I initiated the re-set, it said it needed an additional 3gb HD memory to complete the task. It suggested doing a disc clean-up and uninstalling programs and clearing files...all of which I did. Disc cleanup took 2 hours. Then when I initiated the reset process again and again it came back and now said I need an additional 4gb memory for it to do the task...What the heck??? There is nothing left to delete...I emptied everything I can think of...deleted all photo and video files, cleared the recycle bin, ect. I'm stumped and don't dare sell the thing until it's cleared out. Any suggestions? Edited December 27, 20178 yr by dddave
