Raving man jumps on moving car

PATTAYA:--A Maha Sarakham man has been charged with property damage after allegedly jumping on a woman’s car, breaking her windshield.

 

Isared Boonkubal, 31, was treated for a head wound following the Dec. 23 incident on Sukhumvit Road near the Highway Police headquarters.

 

The driver, 2nd Lt. Sariya Pongsai, 43, said she was passing Sukhumvit Soi 46 when, showing for traffic, a raving Isared ran from the sidewalk and jumped on the hood of her Mitsubishi Lancer. He hit the windshield before running off.

 

A group of witnesses grabbed the man and held him until police and medics arrived.

 

Police suspected Isared was using drugs. He was sent to Banglamung Hospital for a blood test.

If he wasn't using drugs he certainly seems to be in need of having some prescribed to him.

Drug users attend raves and dance. This sounds more like mental illness or booze to me.

Thats weird.....normally the raving loonies are behind the wheel.

Drug users also do some crazy and destructive things. Like the junkie <deleted> who jumped on several car bonnets outside my office in the UK once.
