PHNOM PENH, Jan. 10 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang met with his Thai counterpart Prayut Chan-o-cha here on Wednesday, and both sides vowed to further promote bilateral cooperation.

 

Hailing the sound momentum of China-Thailand relations, Li told Prayut on the sidelines of the second Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) leaders' meeting that the inauguration of the construction of China-Thailand high-speed railway last month marks a new step forward in bilateral cooperation.

 

The 253-km first phase of the railway links Bangkok with northeastern province of Nakhon Ratchasima. China is responsible for design of the railway, supervision of construction and manufacturing of trains and signal systems among others.

Easy to sum up! China says if you don't do what we wont, which includes deporting anyone we say without recourse, we wont give you money, we will call these actions "investments" and we will stop allowing our people to visit in droves!

Thank you! with Thailand's long history of "getting along" (submissive?) we all know what will happen!

In fifty years I will no longer be living in Thailand. But,  I am betting the Chinese will be. Lot's of them...
