How does a "serious case" of baring a bum differ from a not serious case? Who makes the decision? Are appeals to a higher court permitted? I'd consider baring my bum if I could show it to the Supreme Court judges.

Blonds spend money to get black hair, Black to Blonde.

Same here. Only yesterday a Thai female friend (who is married and living in the UK) made a FB post showing before / after.  Basically a couple of years ago she was a lovely tone of brown, and now she's very pale, and very proud of it. I wanted to comment that she looked much better before, but I'm not that cruel

 

I can't imagine her hubby is pleased.

This previously insecure Blonde with low self-esteem, feels a lot better about herself now. 

 

This "whitening madness "...makes them sick and crazy.  There is nothing more beautiful and sexy than a tanned skin.

But Thai seem to preffer looking like "Pla thai"...."dead fish"...All those whitening creams, serum and lotions also cause cancer.  But of course, they never "think" about serious things.

Of course, you are on the money but not all the products cause cancer or skin probs'. Some have been tested in the West and have been banned whilst others have more natural ingredients and are considered safe.

 

There was a programme on UK tv a couple of years back when a Nigerian lady was stopped at the airport with some whitening stuff. The customs officer read out the ingredients; one was an acid and another bleach.

Maybe so. However, white people seem to have the upper-hand as in 'their skin colour" in most places in Asia as far as I'm concerned......................

I think that's a much older fad, that became a standard in the porn industry. 

 

This fad is most likely to deal with the dark patches they tend to develop under each buttock here as a result of prolonged floor sitting.
