You can apply for the 60 day extension of stay and then apply for the one year extension near the end of the 60 days. You don't have to wait until the 3rd to apply for it. The extension will start from the date your current extension ends. FYI the 3rd and 4th of February is a weekend.

Have you done a 60 day extension before on the entry you have extended for one year. If yes you will not be able to get another one.

Just remember you will not be able to do another one unless you leave and re-enter with a new non-o visa.

Your wife will have to be with you when you apply for it.

Marriage certificate plus copy. Signed copies of you wife's ID card and house book registry.

You will also need proof of residence if not living where your wife"s house book is for.

Edit: The fee is 1900 baht.

The rental agreement with copies of the owners house book and ID card signed by them.
