Or probably less since I bought marked down lettuce @ Lotus (22b), marked down avocado @ Makkro for 6 for whatever (they're ripe and were PERFECT), Elephant garlic--I put 5 raw garlic cloves in my CREAMY GREEN GODDESS (AVOCADO) DRESSING, yikes what a kick. Oh, the picture perfect cherry tomatoes were 6/55b a little expensive but acceptable.

One small chicken breast half was 23b.

Oh, and one sliced up Kiwi...

And a side of kimchi (maybe 35b) for the probiotics.

Superfood lunch!

Was going to add chickpeas, but too over the top. Stop. 😄

Antibiotics in the chicken feed? Any proof chicken farmers in Thailand do that? And even if they did there's no proof that harms you, per serving below subclinical dosage levels.

Thailand is actually a high user of pesticides. heard this years ago and seems to be increasing..........A few years back
