BANGKOK, 18th January 2018 (NNT) - Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited, or AOT, has confirmed that the Passenger Service Charge (PSC) at six airports under its supervision has not been raised as rumoured. 

AOT President Nitinai Sirisamatthakarn has dismissed a news report that the departing domestic travellers' PSC at Don Mueang airport will be raised from 100 to 300 baht. 

Mr. Nitinai said the charges remain at 700 baht for international passengers and 100 baht for domestic passengers at six airports under AOT's supervision. 

He added that his agency has maintained the same rates since 2006, and has not proposed for an increase to the Civil Aviation Committee.
