Bobgee
I am from the UK and I have a ME non o visa based on being over 65 from thai embassy in London, all I had to show was a letter stating that I receive a state pension. I want to know if I can extend this when it finishes in April, if so what documents do I need. If not do I have to go back to the uk and get a new one. ubonjoe
You can only apply for an extension of stay based upon retirement at immigration during the last 30 day of any of the 90 day entries you get form the visa. You will need 800k baht in a Thai bank for 60 days on the date you apply or proof of 65k baht income by way of a income letter from the UK embassy or a combination of the 2 totaling 800k baht. To get another multiple entry non-o visa you would have to apply for it in the UK.
