An audio in Isaan dialect. How do i get it translated when i am not in Thailand?

Like the title says...i got an audio that is in Isaan dialect that i really need to understand. Got no one around me that speaks it and Google is failing me. Any point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

Where are you in the world?  No Thai restaurant handy?  That'd be my first choice.

      Do you know what dialect it is? Lao, Khmer, Suai or what? Even when some Isaan people are speaking Thai, many 'middle' speaking Thais have difficulty in understanding them.

     Can you not SKYPE someone in Issan and play the audio to them (or their wives) to get some idea as to what is being said?

Maybe this:

Upload the audio file to something like Google docs.

Post the province you believe the person in the audio is from.

Wait for a volunteer to offer help and send them the link to the audio file.

If you can upload it to a file sharing website or even facebook and provide a link, some of use could have a go at translating it.

 

My daughter speaks  Lao, Khmer, Suai . If the recording was clear it may be possible.
