well i for one wont call him a loser, he just got caught out, must have had some dosh to buy and rent property, the UK is awash with benefit fraudsters, when caught have to pay back a pittance, a recent case the person would have to live to 130 to pay back the stolen money so crime does pay

Maybe he is born in Belgium by a french father and a belgian mother. Very easy to understand. So, in fact, it sound exactly like a belgian name.

 

According to he alleged economical crime. He is probably just another looser that tries to take advantage of a system that has no control.

 

Look up Belgium. Note the bit about the part of Belgium called Wallonia and what language they speak. Might just explain his first name being French!
