DrDave
A little off-topic, but a bad smell inside the house, coming from the sewer/septic system is a common problem in Thailand. There are several threads on TV and other sites concerning this. In many cases, it's because toilets aren't installed properly. For some reason, Thai plumbers don't use the bolts provided with toilets to anchor them securely to the floor. To make matters worse, sometimes they don't use a wax ring to make an air-tight seal between the toilet and the sewer flange on the floor. We had a terrible problem with this smell, and decided to replace the toilet with an inexpensive, brand-name one installed by someone who knew the correct way to install a toilet. Problem solved! Tapster
@Destiny1990 The German guy, Franz, has been to my house several times in the last couple of weeks. He has always answered emails within 24 hours or so. Are you using this email address: [email protected] Or you can call him on 089 645 4848 His team's work is good, just be sure to phone him when you can't communicate well with his guys........unless of course you can speak Thai.
